Henri
Henri is 56 years old and spent most of his working life as a craftsman on building sites in Berlin and elsewhere.
Besides that he cultivated a decidedly odd kind of private life.
He has been active in the SM-scene for several years, and in 2004 he took over the former Bar Bizarr in the Berlin district of Kreuzberg, which since then has been known as HENRI’s. As a barkeeper he is in a “privileged” position to reflect upon the pitfalls of communication between the sexes.

For occupational reasons the lecturer has to witness these kinds of misunderstandings between the sexes on an almost daily basis. Instead of focusing on underachievers he prefers to eavesdrop on those that manage to bridge the gap successfully. His discourse originates from the observation of everyday failure and is illustrated by numerous examples.
